So i have a problem with my pc, it is running quite slower than usual and other issues. So i want to reset windows. But i ran into some problems. 1. When i want to reset my windows from the settings, then i click the get started button i does absolutely nothing. i just shows the blue loading circle for about 2 seconds and then no further options. 2. And when i want to reset it from the advanced startup menu it asked me for my microsoft account password. I entered the correct password and even double checked for capitals and what not and it even still says that my password is incorrect. please help me, my pc is running slower than my nan. Thanks!

Consider restoring Windows by reinstalling it from a USB drive, but ensure you back up all your data beforehand.

Restart again, it won't clear all the issues.

They mentioned needing a fresh setup via USB Windows Installer, which is ideal when problems arise. Often people link slow performance to software or Windows issues, but usually it's due to outdated hardware. If your system lacks an SSD and you're using a mechanical HDD, the drive might be deteriorating, causing delays. Trying a new Windows install could help, but running everything on a hard drive might worsen the situation.
