After turning off xmp and resetting everything to its default settings, the system seems to be functioning properly. The same test I ran before it started crashing hasn’t caused any issues now. It looks like the problem was related to RAM, as my CPU never exceeded 50°C. I’m hoping this situation stays stable and doesn’t recur. I’d like to avoid overclocking for now so it doesn’t happen again. Thanks for your help—I wasn’t expecting to disable xmp.

It seems the RAM might have been too unstable to begin with. You can attempt to enable XMP again, then adjust the frequency manually from 3200 to 2933 for better stability.
