Get TeamViewer for free and try it out. It works much better than RDP when internet is slow.

You can host Windows Server inside VMware Pro on your PC, and you should be able to run Remote Desktop (RD) connections from there.

Sure. I don't really prefer RDP for outside links because of its weak security. TeamViewer is better in that regard. Plus, you don't have to open any ports.

I believe RDP offers stronger protection. It's also secured with encryption, and you maintain control over the authentication process, rather than relying on an external company. Additionally, they might monitor your activities at any time if needed.

Teamviewer is the top choice. Install it on both devices and link them together. I’m confident it’ll make your process much easier.
