You need a less powerful motherboard.
I purchased a 5V 3-pin argb splitter from Amazon to link two fans and the liquid artic freezer for color synchronization with the X470 Taichi motherboard. After connecting it, all fans worked together but the power supply would switch on and off after about 15 seconds without turning on the PC. When I powered it up, the supply stayed active and the lights synced correctly, but when I shut it down, the supply stopped. Once I disconnected the splitter and connected each fan separately to its 5V 3-pin port, the issue disappeared and the fans synchronized properly even when the PC was off. The fountain lights now blink every 15 seconds. Did the board’s 5V 3-pin port fail? Is there a solution? It seems odd that a short circuit no longer happens when the PC starts. Please advise.
