This took a while to go through, but I finished it this month and am now rechecking. It isn’t urgent. I hope you have something useful here. I haven’t tested the other driver yet. The table doesn’t show much support for different codex formats, though I use VLC. That should handle format compatibility with software. I’ve never had any issues playing videos before with it. Unless I decide to switch to the studio driver this weekend, I’ll share my findings then. By the way, I just noticed my auto-corr converts codecs into codex. The app on my PC uses ancient books to decode video.

PCI-e supports both backward and forward compatibility, meaning a card can function with different standards. You could use devices like a GTX 950, 1050, or RX 450/550.

It seems there isn't a studio driver available for that card and win 7. If one exists, it's not listed on NVIDIA's website and I couldn't locate any results on Google.
