Hello, I bought this motherboard to connect with a 5600X, but the sticker says it only supports BIOS version 1.10, which doesn’t include Zen 3. Since I don’t have another CPU to upgrade the BIOS and this board doesn’t support USB BIOS flashback, what options do I have besides returning it?

Bring it to a nearby shop and they should be able to install the BIOS update for you. They’ll likely do it without charge or at a very low cost.

AMD offers a CPU loan scheme where they provide a budget-friendly processor compatible with your Mobo. You can install it, upgrade it, and later replace it with your own. Just return the device once you're finished.

I checked the details previously. It appears to be intended for users wanting to run a Zen 2 CPU on a 400 series motherboard.

Could you clarify your question? Are you asking about the store's willingness to act without a purchase?

Reach out to AMD support to check availability of compatible solutions for your Mobo, as not all 570x boards support older AM4 processors.

Even without purchasing from them, I believe most shops would be open to updating the bios for you if you covered the cost.
