I experience extreme stuttering in the game. It worked before, but after a clean driver reinstall it functioned well. Now days it's barely running. My minor lows trigger the stuttering often, sometimes freezing completely. I’m sure my system can handle it, but there’s something interfering. I’ve installed mods and tried playing other demanding games, which still work fine. It seems my system and Cyberpunk are conflicting. It can run at my settings, yet the stutter persists. The hardware specs are 7900x 7900xt with 32GB DDR5, 6000MT/s, and it’s using an NVME drive.

Game should run fine, there's definitely something happening Do you have same behavior in other games ? What other programs are running ? Disk full ? What GPU options did you activate in Adrenalin ? (Hyper RX, AFMF etc) ?

Besides @PDifolco's ideas: Have you attempted to check game files or re-download them? Ensure there are no problems with Windows (sfc/scannow), run DDU, and reinstall GPU drivers. Consider any overclocking.

The game isn't using an HDD, is it? Or do you have HDDs set up on this machine?

Yes 2. No problems 3. I completed this two days ago and it worked, though it returned. I prefer avoiding a full driver reinstall each time I play the game. 4. No OC attempts. I attempted OC to check for improvements, but it didn’t help.

I also noticed I turned off my APU to conserve power, yet when I reactivated it the stuttering reduced noticeably—about 70%. That doesn’t make sense. Still, I continue to experience stuttering, though it’s less severe now.

Checking AFMF, lag, and boost settings, then testing the card without any modifications. Are you also using FSR or ARSR?
