Not expecting a miraculous solution, but update the bios to version 3403. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, consider using a dedicated GPU—something like a GT 710 or comparable. It might be that your onboard GPU chiplet is failing. Also, test with a different port or cable.

It looks like you're dealing with some technical details. For clarity, a 5600G is available frequently on sale, especially if you can't locate another 4600G. After the latest BIOS update, you should be able to fully utilize the 5000 series CPUs.
