It looks like you might have a mismatch between the fan hub and your motherboard. The ASUS ROG Strix B550-F uses a 3-pin connector, while your hub is a 4-pin. Make sure you connect it to the correct port on the motherboard to avoid issues.

The 4-pin connector works with either a 3 or 4 pin fan. It doesn’t allow fan control unless you use a 4-pin version.

You shouldn’t be worried. I have a 3 pin on that 4 pin too. Works perfectly.
