Hello. Here are the details of your setup. You received the MSi B550 Gen 3 with a Ryzen 5600x, RTX 3070ti, 32GB RAM, Corsair Vengeance 3000MHz, EVGA 750W power supply. It worked fine for a week before you encountered an issue. One morning, the system booted into a red light on the EZ Debugger showing CPU activity. You tried everything, even took it to a repair shop where they replaced the motherboard and CPU. They managed to get all four RAM sticks installed. However, when you tried to install them in dual channel mode, the PC would only boot with single-channel RAM. It seems to be dependent on whether it's a single stick or two sticks in dual channel configuration. This situation is really frustrating since you recently bought these components and the shop staff successfully installed them for all four sticks. What could be the cause?

Using 4 sticks of RAM works, but XMP disabled might not be optimal. Trying with just 2 sticks is recommended for dual-channel performance, as it uses the full capacity. For dual-channel setups, aim for 2x16 configuration rather than 4x8. While 3000 MHz RAM is generally fine, higher speeds can sometimes cause issues. Check your BIOS version to see if an update could resolve the problem.

I made the updates to the BIOS and it worked for a day before the issue started. It was the most recent non-beta update. My Corsair RAM is still a bit old, but it functioned fine. I booted with just two sticks in A2 and B2, making sure the serial numbers matched. The CPU debug light came on. To access my BIOS, I needed to insert one or two sticks in B1 and B2 or A1 and A2. I've tried older BIOS versions too, but they didn't work. The new beta version also didn't resolve the problem.

You may need to rely on a previous BIOS release.

I attempted that now and my motherboard shows a bright red indicator, suggesting it's non-functional.
