I'm nearing completion too, and I'm limiting myself to one hour sessions since I'm almost there. After finishing, I won't be able to play it again until fall when the first expansion is released.

I also attempted that, but I found myself stuck at a stage where I thought it was best to wrap it up now. Sorry about the long ride through the game.

Have you tried Dragon Age Inquisition? With the Jaws of Hakkon DLC, you can experience roughly 70 to 100 hours of gameplay. It feels like an entirely different Witcher 3 experience.
