It might have noticed that a few drivers in your setup aren't fully aligned yet, so they're gradually being updated. Stay calm and allow a bit more time. You could attempt to push it, but honestly, patience would be wiser.

Open Registry at hklm/software/Microsoft/windows/currentversion/windowsupdate/osupgrade. Create a new 32-bit DWORD called AllowOSUpgrade with a value of 1, then refresh Windows Update. This method has been used to upgrade 4 rigs after creating the hidden folder windows.bt.
