Take a look at the picture—I’m curious if others have experienced this and if there’s a way to fix it. Maybe I’m just imagining things, but I thought adjusting my brightness might have affected the logo or its color.

It seems this feature was likely deleted during an update, and your device no longer has it (you only realized it recently).

Checked recently—mine was also taken out. Received the Creators' Update a few days back. The changes aren’t very clean; there’s a large gap left where the symbol should be.

Windows issue exists since Windows 8 and remains unresolved. It has been reported repeatedly. More reports and votes increase the chance of Microsoft addressing it. Share the feedback on the feedback hub.

On the Windows 10 task bar search box (or start menu, based on your setup), simply type "Feedback" and it will appear. Clicking it lets you submit feedback or rate previous posts.
