I possess 16gb of RAM, Windows allocates half for cache, and during gameplay I experience noticeable stutters. The only workaround I've tried is using a tool named EmptyStandbyList to free up memory, but it's disruptive—I have to quit games every 30-40 minutes just to restart the program. Are there any alternatives?

The cache should only improve performance if the system is paging RAM to disk. Could you share your system specifications?
