You have half of your RAM in cache.
I possess 16gb of RAM, Windows allocates half for cache, and during gameplay I experience noticeable stutters. The only workaround I've tried is using a tool named EmptyStandbyList to free up memory, but it's disruptive—I have to quit games every 30-40 minutes just to restart the program. Are there any alternatives?

Windows utilizes unused memory areas to store files and data, preventing it from accessing the hard drive or SSD directly. When an application or game requires more RAM than available, Windows removes cached content to create space. A cache size of 19.3 GB is beneficial because it ensures Windows can supply memory when needed. If you're experiencing performance issues, try closing the app and check if other programs are consuming CPU resources.
