Your motherboard uses a 12-pin CPU connector, yet your power supply only provides an 8-pin CPU port. Are those additional four pins still necessary? Adding them might be beneficial.

The 8-pin EPS connector handles 384W of power, while the additional 4-pin version adds another 150W. Most users wouldn’t require the extra 4-pin setup since it’s mainly intended for powering the CPU, which typically doesn’t need that much in everyday use.
