You're facing an issue where disabling integrated graphics is affecting your system's performance. It seems like your RAM usage is being impacted, and your monitor isn't communicating properly with the CPU. You might want to check your BIOS settings again, ensure your hardware drivers are up to date, and verify that your monitor drivers are functioning correctly. If the problem persists, consider consulting a technician for further diagnosis.

Typically, a jumper will restore the BIOS to its default configuration. Refer to the motherboard manual for details. You might also remove power from the computer and detach the BIOS battery. Allow 5-10 minutes for the system to reset. This should clear the BIOS memory.

You can only turn off your built-in graphics when you have a separate graphics card. The monitor cable must connect to that card as well.

Same issue again. Believe it comes from the integrated GPU. My dedicated card is faulty, so I'm using an HD 2000 with an i5 2500 Sandy Bridge and VRAM set to 1024MB in BIOS. Probably the reason. My R9 270x will arrive tomorrow for 60 euros.
