Hey there! Excited to see everyone's interest in Animal Crossing, Harvest Moon, and even Rune Factory. A talented developer named @ConcernedApe has poured his heart into creating Stardew Valley. He spent over four years crafting every detail, from art to code, and has now finished the game after several updates. The fully polished single-player version will launch this month, with a major co-op update coming soon. It's priced at just $14.99—super budget-friendly! Are you all pumped for this release?
I'm interested in how the multiplayer feature operates and its functionality. If the cooperative aspect appeals to you, I might consider purchasing a few units.
I’m familiar with many indie titles that succeed through clever design or tight execution—often driven by passion rather than profit. This developer is sharing a project they’ve invested years in, offering enhancements without charge. They’ve shown great engagement with their audience and valued feedback from players.
KuJoe mentioned he's making improvements. Two years ago he had an alpha build with co-op, allowing players to collaborate on town or farm management, divide tasks, arrange relationships, or separate communities. He aimed for co-op to enhance the game's depth, so it becomes a meaningful addition. Once the single-player launch arrives and he addresses minor issues, he'll promptly inform the community about multiplayer. I expect strong support for single-player initially, but true growth will follow multiplayer. I'm excited to try building a boss farm with friends—results will be clear. As a long-time fan of ConcernedApe, I consider this a day one purchase for me.
