PC details: Intel i7-4770 GTX 960, purchased motherboard, 8GB RAM (new), Corsair HX750i power supply, no mods installed, never used cheats. Got the game legally via Steam. This was the only issue I've faced so far—I uninstalled the game and downloaded it again, changed the save file, rebooted cleanly, verified cache, and even overclocked the GPU. Help needed!
