the processor has built-in graphics but lacks a dedicated GPU; connecting the monitor doesn't trigger any output.

What processor and motherboard are connected? Are there any error messages displayed on the motherboard?

The display activates, then shuts off completely. Next, it transitions to a deep gray tone, featuring a small rectangular shape centered near the screen's edge.

Check the CMOS battery, let it rest for five minutes, then reinstall. Could be a RAM problem—what capacity do you have? Also confirm if the 12V and 24V connectors are connected properly.

I own 16 GB of RAM and everything is connected properly. Others suggest using F2 or F12 during boot, but those settings aren't helping either.

Did you connect the small bios speaker to the motherboard? Attempt to start with a single RAM stick.
