Internet connectivity depends on a working LAN/WLAN driver, which the Windows ISO might lack for your setup. It can be unreliable. If you own a phone, connect it via USB to access Wi-Fi or cellular data, then verify updates through Device Manager and the Windows Update section, or obtain the software directly from Dell.

I visited my grandmother's house, she gave me her computer. I downloaded Linux Mint and saved the installation file on my USB drive. After returning home, I installed it on my main computer and now I can use it.
