Have you adjusted the voltage settings? I'm using the standard voltage but setting the power limit to 112%. I think I might be able to push it higher with voltage tweaking, but I don't want to risk damaging anything. Also, I'm unsure if the G1 uses Samsung memory or something different.

Your G1 likely has Hynix memory, and 300 is still fine. Focus more on the core clock than the memory. Don't worry about voltage too much—my Strix won't go any further than what I provided, even with extra voltage.
