I'm running a heavily overclocked 970 with 1444Mhz and a stock i7 4790k. Only a few adjustments from ultra to high were made, and all hairworks are off. I haven't dropped below 59fps yet—about 30 hours into the game.

I'm using Ultra, Foliage on High, Hairwork off, with 60FPS most of the time. During rain and bright lighting, frame rate drops to around 55FPS or lower. I can lower it further, but I thought such low FPS rarely happened. At normal settings, I'm around 70FPS when I enable the frame rate. For post-processing, I turned off Motion Blur while keeping other settings at their maximum.
