Hey there, so about two days ago I completed my PC build and was shocked when I started playing Assassin's Creed 3. If I set it to ultra settings, the frame limitations really increased. What's going on? Thanks!

His specs are listed on his profile if you looked at it. You might be overrating the performance of the R9 280X, though it should still work well. Monitor your temperatures to ensure you're not being throttled and consider tweaking your CPU settings.
