You should start the Windows update and let it complete, it will appear later as expected. It might be handled through product key groups or similar processes.

I upgraded Windows 7 Home Premium today after disabling updates, but I missed the notification. On the other hand, I have two other machines: one with a 1TB HDD and 500GB available, and another with a 120GB HDD and only 10GB free. The notification arrived for the second one, while the first one didn’t trigger.
