You're experiencing issues with signing in after a series of changes. It seems the system isn't responding properly when you click Sign In. The loading spinner continues for several seconds without progress. After reinstalling the browser, recreating profiles in Chrome, and clearing cache, the problem persists. Clearing Avast doesn't resolve it either. You've already reinstalled Windows 10 and added antivirus tools, but things remain stuck. It might be worth checking if there are any pending updates or system errors, or trying a different browser to isolate the issue.

You're seeing a "guest" avatar instead of your own, and you can't access your bookmarks even when logged in. This usually happens due to browser settings or permissions issues. Try clearing your cache and cookies, or checking your browser's login status. If the problem persists, consider resetting your browser settings or using a different browser.

I understand your concern but it doesn’t directly assist with singing into Google Chrome. Instead of changing your browser, let’s focus on finding a workaround that fits your needs.

Likely Google is operating as usual, continuing its established practices.

It might have been SpyBot Anti-Beacon you used. I reset all the configurations in that program, restarted my computer, and repeatedly clicked the "sign in" button in Chrome—it resolved the issue.
