Don't turn them off! It's probably not the service slowing your system down—it might be a program, RAM or CPU problem, or a slow drive. Open Task Manager, go to the Startup tab, it should show Windows 10, uncheck unused items, and check Steam (if you have it) and any antivirus software. You could also try running ccleaner to see if it helps. Then examine RAM usage and think about upgrading if needed. Are you using an SSD?

I wanted to check because Superfetch was active and consuming about 700MB. It was configured for manual startup, so I assumed other processes could be paused. I asked which ones to turn off, and it turned out it was resolved now.
