Additionally, what makes you prefer not to switch to DDR4? Let's keep things simple and play at a lower level.

It uses more if there's more available. Without changing the settings I can go from it using 5GB to like 9GB just by changing RAM from 8GB to 16GB.

If you discover a fix, please let me know. My friend struggles with GTA 5 performance despite optimal settings. I've tried everything—cleaning drivers, maximizing performance, adjusting settings. A friend with nearly identical hardware (same CPU, slightly better GPU) achieves double his FPS. Could an overloaded hard drive influence average FPS? That seems like the only factor I'm considering. His setup uses two HDDs, both around 90% full. I understand this relates to loading times, but it might not matter for average FPS.
