You can remove the three "Simon" entries by deleting them from your tablet's settings or profile. If you're unsure, check the device management options or contact support for guidance.

Inspect the hardware and devices in the control panel; you should be able to remove them there.

It doesn't really bother you much. They should fade away over time.

School begins tomorrow, so I’ll probably keep my PC off a bit longer. I tend to get easily distracted and might jump straight into gaming before even opening it up. I just want everything to be tidy again—I clean my PC every few months because I have OCD, and it really bothers me. How long would that take?

It seems like you're comparing your WiFi experience to a router issue. After people use your network, their devices might linger on the list for weeks or months. Right now, your main concerns are different, so you might overlook it. I strongly suggest taking action to reduce distractions. Honestly, it works best. Also, consider clearing your temp folder and possibly some Microsoft AppData, but proceed with caution.

Device Manager indicates it as a Device.
I'll check further, I'll note it as Human Interface Devices once confirmed.

Thanks to @AlwaysFSX and @tomlambert01 for your assistance. I resolved the problem on my own using the information from windowsclub.com about removing hidden device drivers.
