I mentioned this in another discussion: Yes, but keep in mind you need a linked Microsoft account, must join the Insider program (which means you should be prepared to upgrade your Windows at least once a month), and you'll be running on an unstable setup (beta OS). This could lead to serious issues like critical bugs that might cause permanent data loss. This isn't just a rare occurrence—it happened on Windows 10 beta, Windows 7 beta, and possibly Vista beta as well, though I shouldn't quote me on that. It's been a long time. So don't get too excited.
