I encountered an issue with limiting the C: partition to 150GB on Windows 11. Previously, I could expand it to 250GB on Windows 10. Now, I’m stuck. Searching online didn’t help much—I ended up needing a third-party tool like EaseUS or Partition Wizard. I’m looking for a free or open-source solution that works with DiskPart in CMD. A detailed guide on fixing this using DiskPart would be really useful. It seems the problem occurs when using Disk Management, as the C: drives won’t expand because there’s a recovery partition between the system and D: drive. Thanks in advance!

Launch gparted on the live Linux disk, then rearrange partitions to place them at the end of the drive and expand the C drive.
