I have an external audio mixer connected to my PC, and when I plug it in, the top volume dial shows up. While it's connected, my device is lagging because it's old. I need a meter for streaming on Twitch, but the lag is affecting my PC performance. I can adjust the volume percentage as I like, but the floating rectangle doesn't disappear properly. Thanks for your help. Apologies for the language issues.

Yes, Windows 10 doesn't offer any solutions for that. You might try HideVolumeOSD to bypass it http://wordpress.venturi.de/?p=1#more-1
