None of these suggestions helped me. Here’s what I found: it works well, though it can be bypassed easily. I remember seeing it on my laptop for my 13th birthday.

You might set up a special DNS server and make your computer connect to it. This wouldn't guarantee full safety since you could still access the IP, but it would be manageable for someone who isn't very tech-savvy.

If your brother is 13 or 14, just let it be. It's natural though—I'm not one to judge, so all these approaches should work.
