I frequently engage in gaming, especially CS:GO. I'm open to playing any game someone asks me to, as long as it's available, free, or affordable. Right now, I'm mostly focused on CS:GO.
GTA 5, naval battles, FB2: fh2 mod, and I’ll be playing Elite: Dangerous & Men of War: AS2
I'm being completely straightforward. Over the past ten years, I haven't managed to play more than one quality game each month. Most of the time, there just aren't enough good titles released annually. That's why I usually end up with just one or two games per year that I actually enjoy enough to finish. Back in the PS1 and PS2 eras (and even on PC at that time), I could easily tackle five or more games each month, and over a year that would total over thirty games I liked. Nowadays, though, it's tough to find any worthwhile titles, so I rarely have more than one. Right now I'm playing Lords of the Fallen, but I decided to postpone it because of all the bugs and crashes it had. It's not just about how many games I finish—it's also about how many I actually think about and play. In the past, people might look at around ten games a year and consider that a lot more than today. For example, fifty games might play thirty, compared to just two if you're playing ten. This is why I no longer see myself as a gamer. I don't play enough varied games in a short period. Sure, I might spend hours on one game or two each day for a week, but that doesn't make me a gamer. It just means I'm playing LoL or Sc2 consistently. Being a gamer means you regularly switch between different games, not just sticking to one.
