The unity tweak tool offers limited choices, mainly for switching themes, which are typically managed through the standard Unity settings menu. You should be able to select themes like gnome and gtk within Unity. There are many Unity theme options available online; however, I don’t have a preference and won’t recommend any specific one.

I was familiar with it, but I don’t feel like altering everything. Probably just the only option.
