I understand warzone isn’t optimized well, but I’m using medium and low settings at 1440p with a 60fps cap on my RTX 3070. At 900p60fps it still doesn’t stream smoothly. My GPU stays at full capacity and the encoder isn’t working. Is this really the extent of the optimization?

You might have some stream settings misconfigured. I’m not comfortable with streaming, but I’d lower Warzone to the lowest setting. I also use a 3070 and play at 1080p all low, which gives me around 140 fps.

It makes sense if you're weighing performance versus resolution and settings. At 1080p with a 3070, you should be able to boost the output and hit at least 1440p with smooth frame rates (over 80 FPS probably). It’s understandable if you need to balance quality and speed, but it seems like a 3070 isn’t causing that problem for you. Are your components up to the same level? Is this a strategic choice?

Share your streaming preferences. Regarding "not able to stream," it means you're experiencing issues accessing content.

Streaming in a resized format of 1600x900 using NVENC H.254 Encoder Rate Control. Bitrate set to CBR at 6000 Kbps. Keyframes spaced every 2 seconds. Quality profile selected as High with Look-ahead disabled. Psycho visual tuning activated. Maximum B-frames allowed is 2. Streaming at 60 frames per second. If it doesn't work, it's not viewable. My frame rate drops to around 25 fps when streaming other games, and viewers express frustration. In Task Manager, GPU encoding efficiency is about 30%. Performance with game capped at 60fps stays near 90%, but full usage when unconstrained. Graphics settings are at 2560x1440, 100% scale. Vsync is enabled. I have a G-Sync monitor but experience severe screen tearing when FPS is limited without Vsync. NVIDIA Reflex Low Latency is on, and Streaming Quality is Normal. Texture resolution remains Normal. Texture filer is Normal. Particle quality is Low. Tessellation is Near On. Streaming is not on demand. Shadow map resolution is Normal Cache. Spot shadows are on. Sun shadows are enabled. Particle lighting is Normal. DirectX Raytracing is off. Ambient occlusion is Static. Screen space reflections are Low. Anti-aliasing is SMAA. Depth of field is Disabled. Motion blur is Off.

Your bitrate is a bit higher than required, but that shouldn<|pad|> to be fine. What’s your upload speed? CPU usage is around 3600 or similar. Also, are there any missing frames?

It's definitely the case... but I've tested and streamed at 120fps with a locked frame rate. The shadow effects are still there, but the playback feels smooth. Recently, I increased the settings and even simulated ray-traced shadows. The streaming should work fine since modern processors handle it, especially with 30xx hardware. It seems the issue might lie elsewhere—possibly with drivers or settings in your system. Your OBS setup isn't causing problems either, as it runs smoothly at that frame rate. If you're still experiencing trouble, drivers or background processes might be the culprit.

These adjustments seem a bit unusual at first, but they might actually help. Enabling textures on demand could boost performance as suggested. Your Nvidia configuration is likely set to default, except for DSR where you might want to adjust AA and power mode. I’ve also lowered the GPU voltage quite a bit, causing it to fluctuate between 750mV and 1000mV with a +500 memory boost. It still maintains boost at 1950, though it’s not ideal. Framerate stability improved before the drop to around 117 fps occasionally. Your PC specs would help narrow things down, but it seems OBS is probably the main culprit. I’m running the game at high settings (1440p, ~170 fps) without ray tracing, which is fine in-game but unstable on a non-GSY monitor. Locking it down gives smoother performance, though I still find unlocking problematic.

Approximately 12 Megabits per second upload speed. i7 8700k running at 4.7 Ghz. I stick to 6000Kbps as Twitch suggests between 4500 and 6000 for 900p60fps, and I can easily afford faster speeds plus have transcoding tools. Game frame rate usually holds, though there are minor drops. Streaming starts dropping significantly.

It doesn't discuss performance metrics. You're asking for details on adjusting the 'opposite' setting, so please clarify which specific parameter you mean.
