Instead of spraying the cloth I sprayed the screen (wasn't thinking at the moment). Nothing really happened, everything is fine, but I know that it is a very bad thing to do. Can something happen?
It's some off brand, it consists of >5% "anyon active materials" and rest is fragrance ("parfume").

For peace of mind, I would use a microfiber cloth that is damp or lightly misted with water and a gentle soap mixture, then wipe the screen. What you're doing now should not cause any problems.
