Hey everyone, I recently upgraded Windows a while back and assumed the issue was resolved. Below are some screenshots. While rendering my video in Adobe Premiere Pro, it was normal to see CPU usage. However, what stood out was the unusually high 99% CPU consumption, yet Adobe reported only 9.6%. This suggests the program isn't reflecting its actual CPU usage accurately. The same issue occurred after my last update.

You switch to the CPU section to arrange tasks from highest to lowest usage, but when you open Task Manager it lists them by name. If that doesn’t appear, check the CPU tab again using Resource Monitor. The Adobe executable isn’t loading the video—it’s another process causing the 9.6% usage. You might want to scroll down to identify which task is consuming resources, and let me know if this isn’t the issue or if you’re facing other problems.

I only work inside prmpro, I don’t use any media encoder. Before this issue, the prempro program in the task manager always showed no CPU usage.
