You only need to upgrade your graphics card if it's not meeting your current performance needs or if you're experiencing issues with rendering.

I'm not sure I understand the process. Can you explain it more clearly?

You need to adjust the settings for your MSI Codex 3 8RB-200EU to support 144Hz. Check the graphics driver and display options in your system settings.

Thanks for your patience. I’m trying my best, but it seems I’m struggling a bit with the tech stuff. No worries!

Are you looking for a 1080p or 1440p display running at 144Hz? It looks like this question hasn't been addressed yet.

Secure a larger power source with 500-600 watts; an RTX 2060 or RX5700 would work well. Purchase another 8GB SSD of the same model, or consider a 2*8GB bundle and replace your existing RAM if possible. You can find a solid 2*8GB 3200 series drive for under $70.

You could achieve 144hz by lowering graphics settings in CS:GO, but it's better to upgrade your PSU and CPU first. This way you can enjoy smooth gameplay (75 fps or more) across most titles, even Fortnite, using the same graphics card as before.
