You're planning a unique live stream experience! Your setup includes an old PC with limited specs—let's see if it can handle the task. The games you mentioned, from early 2000s to modern titles, will run on emulators like Android and Minecraft, but streaming them smoothly depends on your system's performance. The software you're considering, StreamOn, might work, though you haven't used Obsidian before. Make sure your PC can handle the load; with an i3 3210 and 4GB RAM, it should be doable if the games are light, but consider upgrading for better stability.

Minecraft might not perform well on that device, so you won’t get much quality during streaming. Untitled Goose Game is already fairly efficient, which means you can expect steady performance with occasional minor fluctuations in frames per second. Other titles should work without major issues.

Items from the late '90s and early 2000s work well. Games such as Half-Life and Unreal are great for that platform.

I was considering trying Doom 3, NFS Most Wanted, and similar games.

It seems okay for me. Among Us could work, Burnout Paradise might too, though I haven’t played it yet but it’s available on the Switch, which shouldn’t be too tough.

Lowering the stream quality might be manageable, but streaming in SD usually works fine. If you're on a budget, you should be fine—just consider getting a GTX 1660 or 1660 Ti for a smoother experience. NVENC can also make a big difference during those streams.

I can't afford an upgrade at the moment. The Indian stocks are currently low, and prices are high. The 1660 Super is priced similarly to an RTX 2060 from three to four months ago.
