Hello, welcome to the forum! I'm new here and have a query about setting up my first PC. Can I run GTA 5 with these specifications? The product details and prices are listed, but I need more info about my system. Would it be possible to record?

Go for an Intel setup. AMD is no longer viable.

Yes, it can be run. - Should you receive that PC? - No, it won't work. Go Intel

Initially, the top choice for $1000 is Intel.

You can enjoy playing GTA, maybe even recording, but you'll feel better with a solid Intel setup.

He assembled this list, but what’s the better option from AMD?

No other option exists. The majority of Intel CPUs outperform others.

It wouldn't work with GTA since you have DDR4 RAM while the CPU and motherboard only support DDR3. I wouldn't suggest this setup at all. Are you asking about the Australian Dollar? You might want an i5 6500 with a B150 motherboard instead. (Remember to use DDR4 RAM with this configuration.) I wouldn't recommend the GTX 970 either; it's not something I'd suggest now. The GTX 1060 with 6GB should fit your budget.
