It's just a weak integration of Intel HD graphics. It works okay for videos but isn't great for gaming. It could function, though your laptop CPU means the iGPU will run even slower than a desktop. You might give it a shot, but don't be surprised if results are disappointing. CS:GO isn't particularly tough to play.
