I'm from India and I'm not familiar with internet speed. There were two results on the speed test app (ookla): single and multi.

It's more efficient to perform the Speedtest on your PC, as you should be able to complete it using a low bitrate.

I’d go with 720p at 3-5 Mbps, adjusting based on the game. In theory, you can handle up to 8-10 Mbps, but your ISP might cause issues, so it’s safer to keep it lower.
