I haven’t completed the build yet—I’ve only purchased the graphics card, RAM, case, and motherboard. Would you consider upgrading to a more powerful graphics card?

For Overwatch? Your GTX 860M can run it at high settings with 90-120 FPS, and the 370X should handle even higher configurations. That said, this isn’t the best configuration. You probably overspent on the case, the power supply wasn’t great, choosing an AMD chip was a mistake unless you edit videos a lot—even then a Xeon E3-1231v3 would offer better performance, and an R9 380 would have been a much stronger GPU option.

You might want a different motherboard, processor, memory, and cooling solution. The items you chose seem like a bad investment. Consider returning the motherboard and RAM.

I replaced my Nex 750 gold just last week; be cautious with this one. I need a 750g2 replacement. There are many negative reviews about it.

Likely quite expensive. However, it lacks grand scenes.

I'm not sure how you manage that. With a 965M processor, playing at low settings usually stays under 90 FPS. It sounds like your CPU might be overloaded while the GPU isn't using much power. Your i7-4720HQ is decent, but performance depends on both components working together.
