I was thinking about whether it supports 1080p60 for BF1/BF5. But the specs weren't finalized yet, so I'm not certain it's possible.

It should be capable of playing it, though perhaps not at full volume. I wouldn’t switch any kind of audio amplifier, particularly in such a game. Do you already own this device? That’s a crucial point.

Sure, I can adjust to medium settings without going all the way up.

$200 allocated to GPU, $300 for case. *quick clap* (I didn’t realize he received the case for $60 when I wrote the comment)

Consider a 380 instead of the 270x model—it offers similar pricing but better performance. If possible, hold off until Polaris 10 releases (expected around next month) with cards like 470 or 480. Also, you might save some money on the PSU. For future upgrades, it’s unlikely you’ll need a component as power-hungry as an FX-8xx processor; GPUs are becoming more efficient, and even today’s 500W 80+ bronze will suffice unless you’re planning serious overclocking.

No way, I don't believe it can handle that on high settings at 1080p and 60 fps.
