This setup likely won’t function as intended. For most home setups, the ON will assign a single IP address to one device, meaning only one connection will be active. You’d have to connect your Google Wi-Fi to the T3200M.

Adjust the links in this manner. Enable bridge mode on the ONT or at least set the Google WiFi to a static IP and turn off DHCP on the ONT's LAN. ONT | | Google Wifi | | Gigabit switch | | T3200M

We must first understand how the router obtains an IP address from the ONT. Is it public or private (LAN)? If the ONT functions as a router, the setup becomes irrelevant. Since it only has one port, it likely serves as a bridge, allowing only one device to receive an IP address from it. Your approach won’t work because you’d need a router connected to it for NAT functionality. Linking Google WiFi directly to the ONT won’t succeed—it lacks an IP address and no network to route traffic through. Probably, you should connect the router to the ONT using CAT5e and then link the Google WiFi to that connection. There’s no quick solution for this scenario.
