You can definitely achieve this using the graphics card encoder, such as AMD Relive. The results won’t match the best options like CPU x264 or NVIDIA NVENC, but it should work fine and won’t hurt your gameplay speed.

On GPU level you should be fine, act like the CPU... it doesn’t have enough power, but you might manage to stream 30 fps at 720p in certain games.
