I own an A320M-s2h and intend to switch my fan from non-RGB to RGB. My motherboard lacks an RGB header, so I don’t want to rely on a controller for managing the lights. Instead, I prefer using software for control.

The outcome can be managed through software, yet you must have a device capable of transmitting the required commands to the fans, which means you require an RGB controller.

If the controller is addressable, it usually includes its own software.

I found a cooler with a controller hub, but it only works with its remote. I need to connect an RGB light to my motherboard so I can control it through its software. Since I'm new to RGB fans, I want to learn how to set this up on my MyUSB card.

Which one in particular are you talking about? Unless it's an addressable RGB controller, you can't control it by software. Here's an example of an addressable RGB controller: https://www.razer.com/gaming-pc-accessor...40600-R3U1 The RGB controller is connected to the PC via USB, so that it can be programmed by software. The LEDs on the fans are then connected to the controller. The fans themselves need to support ARGB.

The RGB controller is linked to the PC through an internal or external USB port, and the Razer Synapse 3 application recognizes it so you can customize its settings as desired.

The core concept involves an addressable RGB controller. You also require a compatible controller, its related software, and fans that can handle ARGB (addressable RGB) technology.

I observed a Cooler Master A-RGB controller and wondered if it could be managed with their software.
