Connect your printer to Wi-Fi directly, but you're experiencing issues where your PC is also on the same network. If you try to connect the printer via Wi-Fi directly, you might lose internet access on your PC. In Windows 11, ensure both devices are properly set up and try connecting the printer through its own network if needed.

My understanding of "to" versus "too" contains too many 'o's.

WiFi Direct restricts direct connections to just two devices per network. Because antennas support only one link at once, this behavior is typical. The issue with connecting a printer directly via Ethernet or a print server isn’t new. This approach would be straightforward and eliminate reliance on WiFi Direct entirely. You might also try using an additional wireless adapter for the printer to handle those connections.

Correcting the spelling errors. It seemed the word "to" was often misused. It was important to address it.

The printer doesn't allow linking to its own WiFi network. It seems confusing that it can't use WiFi Direct without functioning as a client.

They do work, but I believe it's not extremely secure. All these smart devices seem quite exposed.

I also avoid "smart" gadgets because they’re becoming big targets for hackers and usually suffer from major security flaws.

The printer is linked to the network, and you’re connecting directly to it via the printer. There’s another device blocking the path, yet a link is established. Is your system exposed to risks, such as using an outdated operating system?
