The title describes itself clearly, and I don’t expect much more.

The most comparable option in price (especially in Taiwan) would likely be a 7th generation i5 or a Zen 1/2 Ryzen 3.

You own a Ryzen 3 1200AF and have an R5 1600AF. It’s hard to overstate how much better it performs compared to your current setup, especially if you’re looking for something under $2600.

Based on your suggestions, I’m confident I can purchase an i3-12100F using my funds. Selling the CPU and motherboard could also help me reach my goal. Appreciate your response!

Depends heavily on the motherboard since the CPU itself isn't very useful. A solid 1150 MB usually costs between 30-50€, while a used R5 2600 around 50€ is a good option. If budget is tight, new Intel boards can be expensive—even entry-level i3s that outperform Kaby Lake i7 start near 120€. High-quality LGA1700 boards are about 220€. Also keep in mind you'll need RAM; 1150 MB uses DDR3, not DDR4, and even 5GB is necessary.
